16 May Jiva Welcomes Jarrod Germano to the Team as Chief Revenue Officer
Jiva is pleased to announce that Jarrod Germano, previously SVP Sales at Tech Mahindra and The HCI Group, joins us today as Chief Revenue Officer at Jiva.
Jarrod has deep experience in business development and sales within the healthcare/tech space focusing on US and UK territories. He has an intimate understanding of how technology in healthcare is deployed in its various facets, having been exposed to a wide range of applications from a consultancy perspective.
His experience is second to none, with a proven track record of $100Ms of sales as well as C-level reporting experience, having managed dozens of employees in his immediate team. Moreover, Jarrod has been able to function in this role in two vital capacities: firstly in the HCI Group within a small Jiva-like organisation and secondly in a more corporate environment within Tech Mahindra. As such he has overseen and looked after the rapid growth of a company, from start-up to MNC.
As Jiva’s new CRO, Jarrod’s main role in the short term will be to accelerate growth and sales across the US and UK, taking control of the entire Sales and Business Development function. He will be responsible for global sales – both strategy and execution – and will be tasked with growing the sales team around him to ensure the foundations are laid for Jiva to realise its ambitions to become one the fastest growing tech companies on the planet.
