Kevin McDonnell, Chairman of Jiva.ai, has announced plans to step down from his role whilst the company is in the process of completing a significant VC investment. This strategic move is designed to support the company in its global expansion.

Kevin McDonnell has served as Chairman of Jiva.ai since 2020, leading the company through a period of substantial transformation. His leadership has been instrumental in shaping the company’s strategic direction and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

“I am incredibly proud of what we have achieved at Jiva.ai and am confident that as the funding round draws to a close, the new investment will propel the company to even greater heights,” said Kevin McDonnell. “I am fully supportive of this transition and am excited to see the positive impact it will have on our company’s future.”

The new incoming Chairman, Paul de Gruchy Gaudin, will assume the role from September 1st 2023. Paul brings a wealth of international experience across a range of business sectors and a proven track record of success, which will be invaluable in guiding the company through its next phase of growth.
